How is my order packaged for safe shipping?

All orders are packaged with the product's safety in mind. Posters and frames are prepared in a dust-free environment and are packaged with multiple protective layers and sturdy outer protective to ensure a safe arrival. Posters are transported in solid shipping tubes and framed posters are shipped using our FrameSafe shipping process, that includes mulitple layers of inner protection to ensure the piece arrives without damage.

How long does production take?

Standard production times for Wav Room orders is typically 12 to 72 hours after an order is placed (these times can be longer during high-volume order periods). Our production team knows that getting your order through production & on its way is very important & will strive to get your order shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

Because each order is made & produced on an order-by-order basis, order returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason. Orders can only be cancelled with notification prior to entering production; once an order reaches production it may no longer be cancelled. All custom products are final sale from the moment the order is placed.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
