Because The Wav Room products are custom produced on an order-by-order basis, we do not accept returns, cancellation or exchanges for any reason after an order completes production.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Because The Wav Room products are custom produced on an order-by-order basis, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Should you receive your item damaged or defective, contact us immediately & we will work with you to get the item replaced.
